Our park caters for all your needs during your stay.
There is a post box just opposite the entrance to the caravan site on Cuthill Brae.
Open at the same time as reception. The shop sells gas, aqua chem, aqua rinse, soft drinks, eggs, milk, rolls, ice cream and sweets. Our information room contains further details on local attractions. Please ask one of our wardens for further information.
Wifi is available and we have Freeview and FreeSat TV reception. Please ask at reception for details on connection.
We have recently refurbished all our toilet and shower blocks. The showers are powerful, there is plenty of hot water and we have excellent disabled and family facilities.
We have quality washing machines (£4.00) and dryers available in a laundry room. There are also washing sinks available. Please do not hang washing on trees or fences.
We have a large onsite play area for children.
Immediately adjacent to the site there is a dog walk, which leads to some old ornamental woodland planted, in the late 18th. Century. The park is slowly restoring the walks, which are charming and wild. The paths require a decent pair of shoes and some care and can be muddy! Red squirrels can be seen in the wood. The estate is part of a red squirrel conservation program. More details can be found out about this in the information room. There are plenty of longer walks either on the estate or a short drive away.
Dogs are welcome. Please keep them on a lead on site and clear up after them. It is helpful if dogs are kept on leads or under close control when walking on the estate.
Quarry Loch (half a mile from the site) is well known for the variety of water fowl and migratory birds. We often have an osprey visiting and a white tailed sea eagle was seen on the river in 2013
Fire alarms are located at the service points around the site. The assembly point in case of fire is at the office.
BBQ’s are permitted on site. We do not allow open fires.
Please ask your visitors to make them known to reception. If expecting visitors after hours please meet them at the car park by the entrance.
